This page lets users delete their Church Global account or request help with account/data deletion.
Delete your account inside the app
When you delete your account, your Church Global login account will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
For security, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion. If that happens, sign in again, then return to this page and delete the account.
Request deletion by email
If the button does not work on your device, or you also want related account data reviewed for deletion, send a request to support.
- Email: churchportalglobal@gmail.com
- Use the email address linked to your Church Global account.
- Write: “Please delete my Church Global account and related account data.”
Offline and cloud-data note
The page itself can open offline, but Firebase account deletion cannot be completed offline because the deletion must reach the cloud service. This page deletes the signed-in Firebase Authentication account. Related Firestore/storage records require a separate server-side deletion process if your app stores them.
What may be deleted
Account deletion may include your login account, profile information, and related account data connected to your user ID, depending on what has been stored and what is required for safety, legal, or payment records.
Some public content or records may need review before removal, especially where legal, security, payment, or moderation requirements apply.
